Patricia A. Fiori is a Partner at Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners. She practices in the areas of federal, state, and local election, campaign finance, ethics, and lobbying laws. Ms. Fiori’s practice includes representation of individuals, candidates, campaign committees, unions, corporations, and trade associations. Ms. Fiori holds an undergraduate degree from Goucher College and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School.

Ms. Fiori’s representation includes the 2008 and 2004 Presidential campaigns of Senator John Edwards, the Gore/Lieberman 2000 campaign, and the Clinton/Gore ’96 and ’92 campaigns. Ms. Fiori began her legal career as a Legislative Attorney at Congressional Research Service and then joined the staff of the Federal Election Commission serving as Assistant General Counsel for Regulations and Legislation. While in this position, Ms. Fiori specialized in drafting regulations and advising on campaign finance legislation. She later served as Executive Assistant to Commissioner John W. McGarry. After leaving the Commission, Ms. Fiori entered private law practice, initially serving as Special Counsel to the Mondale Ferraro campaign.

Ms. Fiori is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
