Joseph Goldberg is an Associate Attorney at Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners.  Mr. Goldberg practices in the areas of federal, state, and local campaign finance and election law, government ethics, tax-exempt organizations, lobbying disclosure compliance, and contract negotiations.  He works on a variety of client matters and provides representation to candidates, unions, nonprofits, and other organizations.

Mr. Goldberg obtained his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 2023 (cum laude).  While there, he served as the Editor for Online Publication for the Administrative Law Review and was a legal intern for the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) within the Executive Office of the President. 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Goldberg served as a legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives.  He also served as the Deputy Finance Director for the 2018 Stephanie Murphy for Congress campaign.  During the 2016 election cycle, Mr. Goldberg was a deputy data director at the Florida Democratic Party.  He is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in political science and interdisciplinary humanities.  Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
