Elizabeth Wagoner is an Associate Attorney at Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners. She practices in the areas of federal, state, and local campaign finance and election law, government ethics, tax-exempt organizations, lobbying disclosure compliance, and contract negotiations. She works on a variety of client matters and provides representation to candidates, nonprofits, and other organizations.

Ms. Wagoner holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University and obtained her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2021. While there, she served as the President of the Law Democrats, Vice President of If, When, How; Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, and worked on a South Carolina State Senate Campaign.

Ms. Wagoner previously served as the Communications Director for the Charleston County Young Democrats. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
