Marguerite Mills is an Associate Attorney at Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners. She practices in the areas of federal and state campaign finance and election law, congressional ethics, tax-exempt organizations, lobbying disclosure compliance, and contract negotiations. She works on a variety of client matters and provides representation to candidates, nonprofits, and other organizations.
Ms. Mills previously worked on the 2020 Florida Coordinated Campaign and served as a law clerk at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and for Justice Pariente on the Florida Supreme Court. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Ms. Mills obtained her Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in 2020. While there, she worked at the Turner Environmental Law Clinic and was published in the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. Ms. Mills is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Florida.
