Adam Clark is a Partner at Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners. He practices in the areas of federal and state campaign finance and election law, congressional ethics, tax-exempt organizations, lobbying disclosure compliance, and contract negotiations.
Mr. Clark has served as counsel to several presidential campaigns as well as numerous House and Senate campaigns. He serves as outside counsel to complex 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations and advises progressive donors on their philanthropic and advocacy activities. His practice also includes representation of members of Congress, federal and state political committees, membership organizations, labor unions, trade associations, small businesses, and political consulting firms.
Mr. Clark holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University in the Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program, as well as Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and Political Science. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Clark is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the District of Columbia.
